Minimum order: $100

Handling Fee:
Orders less than $100 will be subject to a $5.00 handling fee plus freight.

Customer pick up:
Less than minimum order may be picked up at the Boise warehouse and will not be charged freight or handling fees.

Freight:
F.O.B. Boise, ID, prepaid and added to invoice

Back orders:
Back orders under $25.00 will be cancelled unless specific instructions are given to ship the back order or to substitute with another item.

Claims:
All claims must be filed within 10 days. Notify carrier immediately of package damage.

Returns:
Written authorization must be obtained before merchandise may be returned. Items returned without authorization will be refused. Freight charges must be prepaid. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Late Charges:
An interest rate of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past due invoices. No new orders will be shipped if account has past due invoices.
